I was first represented by Terry over 35 years ago on serious criminal matters which he won, he also represented me on a civil case for damages at a jury trial and won and has handled many other cases for me through the years in different courts including the Federal District Court, he has been successful on everything he has done for me over the years. He is a great trial lawyer and I cannot tell you how many people in my area have used him over the years and continue to do so. He is the first name you hear around here and the one everyone calls first to represent them. People like that he is aggressive and tough in the courtroom and gets results. His clients always come back to him for representation. He knows what he is doing and treats you like a friend. I don't know any lawyer around here with such a good reputation.

I first used Terry as my lawyer long ago on a serious motorcycle accident and he made an excellent recovery on my behalf. I have continued to use him and John Peel, his partner, over the years as well as my friends and others I have referred and everyone has nothing but good things to say about the both of them. They get the job done no matter what the case. I wouldn't even think of any other lawyer to represent me, my family or friends. Both Terry and John know what they are doing in the courtroom, do it well and get the result you want.

I have been a client to Terry for the past 4 years during which I have had serious false allegations made against me which could have cost me my medical license, my job, my career and most importantly my children. Terry took over all my cases which included criminal allegations, a divorce, two motions to modify custody in the Circuit Court of St. Louis County, administrative hearings, appeals to the Missouri Court of Appeals and finally the Missouri Supreme Court, which just now concluded successfully thanks to Terry. He has gone to trial for me and won each and every time. He is always prepared, knows more than his opponent, and is very aggressive in court. He is the best lawyer I have ever had and the only one I trust. He is always available and responsive to my needs which were many due to the urgency of my situations; he puts in whatever time is necessary, late days. Weekends whatever it takes and treated me like he was representing a family member. I owe him a great deal for what he has done for me.

would like to give testimony on behalf of Terry J. Flanagan and his firm, Flanagan & Peel, PC with respect to their work, dedication, knowledge, ability, effectiveness, and aggressiveness as trial attorneys. I first was introduced to Terry approximately 40 years ago at which time I was in serious trouble and charged with a serious crime. Terry represented me in court and I was amazed at how well prepared he was and his ability in the courtroom. He knows the law and he knows how to try a case. He was head and shoulders above the other lawyers I observed and have known and always seemed to control the situation. I noticed that the Judges also seem to give him a great deal of respect. He was very aggressive in defending me and the results were that I was exonerated. Since that time I have used his services on many, many occasions throughout the years, including numerous civil matters. Thanks to him, I was able to turn my life around and I am proud to say that I am a successful businessman now in the St. Louis Community, owning my own store for over 25 years and dealing with a whole new set of problems which are still handled by Terry and his partner, John Peel, to this day. He has represented many of my family members and I refer any and everyone I know who needs a lawyer to him. In every case I have been thanked by these individuals and he has always been successful. It is also important to know how he treats you as a client. To this day he has treated my family as his own, and I always feel that he puts out a great effort over and above what you might normally expect on our behalf and I consider myself a friend over the years. You also find that he always guides you along the way, keeps you informed, answers all of your questions and most importantly, successfully takes care of your best interests. It comes down to the fact that you trust him. I have never recommended any other lawyer to anyone other than Terry and John over the past 40 years and I have never been disappointed or heard anything but praise for him. I really believe that he genuinely cares about every client and takes their case personally.
